Add more information about you (use a * with a space after for bullet points)

Hello

Firstly a bit about me. I am an experienced, fully qualified counsellor. I have an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling awarded by Sheffield University and I am accredited and registered with the UKCP governing body.

I trained in existential psychotherapy. This is a therapy which is philosophy based and enables you to explore all that you are, discover meaning and find ways to deal with the difficulties that you will be confronted with throughout your life.

The therapy I offer is not directive, this gives you the opportunity to explore, clarify, discover and empower yourself.

I also offer phototherapy. This uses photographs as a tool for therapy. This can be used, for example, for bereavement by creating a photobook, or exploring what it means to be you through photo portraiture.

If you would like to discuss anything further please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Please note: You will need to climb stairs in order to get to the therapy room.
