About Us

Add more information about you (use a * with a space after for bullet points)

Do you find it hard to cope with the changes in your life? Are you having experiences such as anxiety, depression, or problems in your relationships?

I offer open ended counselling: short-term and long-term, as well as time-limited therapy.

My principal way of working is to try to develop a healing relationship with my client. It is in the forming of that relationship that I hope a client will learn about themselves and develop more fulfilling ways of living. I aim to work with my client in a way that fosters trust and engagement between us, themselves, and life.

I try to create a space that enables reflection, understanding and the challenging of unhelpful ways of life. My orientation is integrative insofar as I will use whatever model is in the interest of the client.

I offer counselling for the following issues:

Abuse, Addiction(s), Alcoholism, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Bullying, Depression, Domestic Violence, Drug Abuse, Eating Disorders, Emotional Abuse, Gender and sexual diversity, Generalised Anxiety, HIV/AIDS, Low Self-Confidence, Low Self-Esteem, Personality Disorders, Physical Abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Relationship Issues, Self Harm, Sexuality, Spirituality, Suicidal Thoughts, Trauma, Work Related Issues.
