Having some health issues due to my weight, and diabetes type 2 and Hashimoto’s disease running in my familly, I decided to dedicate my free time to study nutrition, specialy in scientific way -anatomy, biochemistry, body’s chemical reactions, macronutrients and many other related topics, all the way to the genetics. I read and educate myself because I want to, not because anyone else wants me to. I am extremely passionate about food, as for me it is one of the most important things to survive (along with air and water!).

I see people as complex biological beings, in need for proper food in order to stay healthy and happy.

I can provide You with professional advice on food, what and when to choose, painless and fun way to loose weight and tone Your body, I am creating menus and recepies for easy and fast healthy meals, I advise on food shopping and budget eating.

In 4 years in London, I was working with some of the best chefs in the industry, and they thought me some tricks in the kitchen.
I have also completed education on food allergens, what to eat in case of certain life situations and diseases like atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes type 2,…
