Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food (Hippocrates). We are what we eat, and you have probably read this everywhere but it is absolutely true. Healthy food choices will help us boost our minds and bodies making us feel at our best and full of life. “Diets” are not only useful for loosing weight they can give us support in a huge range of situations (stress, depression, anxiety, migraines, weight related illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, skin problems, allergies and intolerances, pregnancy, childhood, etc).

After working in hospitals, care homes, clinics and schools and have seen over 1000 patients I completely agree with this quote. We can be healthy and feel good by eating well and selecting the right food choices, which will at the same time, help us prevent any health problems in the near and far future.

Joining diet and physical activity (you don´t need to be an athlete to be healthy so take that out of your mind) will help maintain a regular weight and have a fitter heart to live a longer and happier life.

I offer you my services to guide you and help you on your day to day and life food choices. I believe changes take place when we change our mind set and create new habits. Little by little and with perseverance we can achieve greater things. So if you are finding it difficult to loose or maintain weight, or stop having that one thing you love but that produces you allergies, etc start thinking about the goals and the benefits it would do to your health.
