About Us

Add more information about you (use a * with a space after for bullet points)

I trained to be a psychotherapist in 1980. I had a private practice combined with a job as a director of the family program in a rehab centre in Montreal.

I also worked with people who struggle with their weight, doing behaviour modification, teaching them new skills to cope better with the environment.

I have trained in sports psychology having completed a master degree with Wexford University in California. I have worked with amateur and professional athletes in a variety of disciplines – using psychotherapy approaches to enhance performance in sports and in life.

I have been taking an Advanced Diploma in integrative counselling and different training courses:

  • Bereavement
  • Domestic violence
  • Autism
  • Trauma
  • Relational gestalt

My personal approach is humanistic and integrative, which means that I worked with elements of different therapeutic approach but I stay loyal to the core conditions from Carl Rogers. The relationship is really the foundation of all the work I do.
