London Counselling and Consultancy

London Counselling and Consultancy provides one to one counselling and therapeutic group work for young people, adults and professionals.
My specialisms include abuse, addiction, anger management, anxiety, bullying, domestic violence, depression, mental health and family/relationship issues

Why Choose Us

People usually come to counselling because they want something in their lives to change. Many people want to deal with a difficult relationship or situation

Our Guarantees

I will work with you, in a non-judgemental approach, to explore what is troubling you and how you can work through the things you may be finding hard.

About Us

Add more information about you (use a * with a space after for bullet points)

At the first meeting we will discuss how counselling might benefit you. Some clients chose a brief solution-focussed approach of up to 8 sessions which can include setting goals and introducing strategies to address their problems; others prefer to continue on a longer term basis.

I do not believe that ‘one size fits all’ and provide a counselling approach that reflects this; which enables people to empower themselves and enjoy life more. Having counselling can help you work through the blocks and help you to be able to express yourself and identify what you need, in order to re-establish and maintain balance in your life.

I work in a way that is transparent and do not believe that counselling is about ‘fixing’ something; rather that it is a collaborative process to together explore and find a way forward in life. The transformative power lies in the therapeutic relationship.

I have a private practice in Shortlands (Bromley) and Forest Hill (South London). Details available upon request.

As well as a counsellor, I am also an experienced group facilitator and trainer. With over 12 years of experience of developing programmes and facilitating group work with young people, adults and professionals in educational, criminal justice and recovery settings.
I facilitate the following workshops and trainings:

  • Self esteem and body image
  • Mental health awareness and building resilience
  • Bullying, cyberbullying and e-safety
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Peer mentors training, setting up and sustaining your mentoring scheme
  • Anger management
  • Young people and addictions- substance abuse, internet, gambling
  • Friendships and relationships- healthy and unhealthy

Details and workshop outcomes available upon request.
