8 Years experience has taught me that staying fit and reaching your targets can be difficult. It requires; hard work, commitment, and most importantly motivation..
My deep understanding of muscle physiology has enabled me to tailor sessions safely to individual’s needs. I am also aware that training is only part of a process and lifestyle holds an equally large role. I can offer free nutrition guidance and weekly diet plans to help you achieve your goals. My main areas of focus are; fat burning, muscle gain, strength, conditioning, muscle rehabilitation and boxing. Still an active boxer with plenty of ring experience has enabled me to develop my skills in coaching amateur boxers. Variety of movement and exercise is very important for stimulating muscle growth.
My aim is to make sure you never have the same session twice – as they will get more challenging!
I also run a 4 or 8 week intense workout programme that accelerates your fat burn and increases muscle mass fast.
