Do you feel like you are stuck in life and feel hopeless and all you are guilty of is experiencing life? You could be suffering from depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, bereavement/loss, relationship issues, stress, loneliness, psychosis, confidence or self esteem issues, addiction, whatever it may be, I can support you through your journey. The big question is what I can do for you? I offer counselling sessions in the comfort of your home or desired location. We can explore the issue, pay attention to those tucked away feelings, create a therapeutic environment where there is freedom and openness, look at past and present patterns of thoughts/behavior, explore childhood/inner conflicts, help you to be aware of those unconscious thoughts/behavior and find ways to cope and manage current affairs. Each session, these can be monitored and explored to see what changes can be made. My desire would be to build trust which is vital to the work. Exploring is a powerful tool and will help you to understand yourself better. I strongly believe knowing your weaknesses well is the key to overcoming your issues or concerns. I will not judge you on what you say or do, I am here to understand you better so that I can provide the support you need. Everything we discuss will be confidential, you will be respected regardless of your race, religion and gender. I believe no one is doomed because of their past experience, what we need is the right support with out being judged. My own world view is not going to get in the way of our therapeutic relationship but rather I will empathize with yours. My aim is to leave you with a positive experience through counselling where I hope to spark a change in you which would be ever growing. All I ask from you is commitment to the work and most importantly honesty where possible. I am a fully qualified counsellor with experience of dealing with various issues. I am also a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy).
